Founded by global brand consultant Imen and a collective of international designers & strategists, INTERCULT BRANDS is the result of a shared professional path and a deeply personal story , rooted in a love for brands, culture, and design.
We are children of many (sub)cultures.

The Brand Architect & Culture Connector

Imen’s expertise lies at the intersection of cultural marketing and global branding. Alongside her degrees in Marketing and Communication, she pursued further studies in Graphic Design, Social Anthropology, and Visual Semiotics. Having lived in four countries and being fluent in five languages,  she found her strongest voice in bridging brands and communities.

IMEN aka "MANNO"

Let me introduce myself...

French & British with roots grown-out of a Tunisian pot, I can proudly say that I have been inter-culturally immersed into African, Middle-Eastern, West European, Mediterranean, Anglosaxon, Gallic & Amazigh customs. Understandably, I developed a deep appreciation for cultures and a cheer for diversity.

From an early age, I also nurtured a love for brands & aesthetics, drawing on every free spot I found at my parents (walls included ;)), collecting ethnic dolls and “analysing” ads on TV. Then, it all transformed into a passion for street-art subculture and travels.

I wanted to put all these ingredients in service of brands. Today, INTERCULT BRANDS embodies the fusion of my international branding experience and my human aspirations.
I’ve seen lots of missteps in my industry, most of them innocent mistakes, others stemming from indifference or cultural appropriation…Slips that costed $$ to brands and hurt the trust of their consumers.

I know we could, and should, do better….I thrive on crafting brands that are both culturally relevant and commercially impactful.

I have been Parisian and Londoner for a long time that I feel like a citizen of the world. With both my parents in advertising, I have been immersed in design since my earliest childhood.
What nourishes me is creation in all its forms: art, theatre, tattoos, music (especially British rock)…

I love non-conformity, open-mindedness, curiosity and passionate people. INTERCULT BRANDS excites me because it reflects everything I believe in. We share the same creeds!

I now live in the countryside. Still in the whirlwind of life but surrounded by fields. I watch nature change with the seasons and it is magical.

Hillary aka "Hilroy"

Creative Strategist

Growing up in the cultural mosaic of Canada and with my own roots stretching Czech, Italian, and Caribbean heritage, living between worlds has given me a deep curiosity for how culture shapes the way people connect, express, and belong.

Once an avid city girl, I’ve since traded concrete jungles for the leafy British countryside, where I find my passions in slower living, painting, and interiors.
I believe brands should be human-first, rooted in real people, their stories, and their communities. That’s why INTERCULT BRANDS is the perfect home.
I’ve been building brands of all shapes and sizes for the past 15 years blending strategy with execution to help thoughtful, purpose-led brands find clarity, not as a checkbox, but as an anchor.

DEBORAH aka "DOUDOU"

Creative Director

Born on a tiny Caribbean island with Black, White, and Native American roots, I grew up at the French-German’s borders, nurtured by my grandparents’ love for West Africa and the taste of garden tomatoes. After hesitating between equestrianism and automotive design, I chose to study art direction by the Mediterranean, before settling in Paris but with my cherished breaks to Southeast Asia. My childhood still lives in me: walking barefoot in the grass and imagining stories. Deeply sensorial, attentive to a single raindrop trembling on a blade of grass or mesmerized by the infinity of a starry sky, I have spent more than 20 years jumping with the same curiosity between the worlds of luxury and mass market.

Today, I continue to explore brand narratives, ensuring aesthetics and visual language serve both message and audience, with the same excitement as day one.
